Wharfedale Forest Church

"Creating the space to find that we have already been found by God.." Many of us find this difficult. But we recognize the connection between the physical and the spiritual. As we play together, we open ourselves up to allow God to move and transform us.

Wharfedale Forest Church

We are a very emergent forest church. Treading our way gently. As such I can only imagine what we are will develop as we go, depending on who is travelling with us at that moment.  There is no calendar of meetings as such, but we expect to have a fluid approach, depending on the seasons. We have an approach of outdoor activity (eg orienteering) and reflective story telling/worship. Our roots are grounded in the earth, we raise our hands towards heaven.

This forest church relates to a worship event in Burley in Wharfedale called Holy Space.  Notices relating to both of these will be found on www.facebook.com/spaceholy. Or contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
